5-Year Factory Warranty
Kaiyi warranties each new Kaiyi passenger vehicle sold by New Energy Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. and registered in Hong Kong for the first 60 months or 100,000 km (whichever comes first).

All Kaiyi passenger vehicles purchased from New Energy Asia Pacific Co. Ltd. are entitled to free maintenance check-ups for the First 1 month and the First 6 months free maintenance check-ups. Through such free maintenance check-ups, we are able to make sure that customers are satisfied with their new vehicles, and every aspect of the vehicle is in good condition. However, in the event that any damage is caused by a third-party service provider, warranty claims associated with such repairs may be declined.
